Yoga or mediation, sometimes my best thinking is done quietly in a canoe. Here my son shows of his quiet concentration, contemplation, and balance. It's a rare occasion when he is this quiet!...

By far my favourite place to paddle....

This route looks good. Quick and easy weekend trip. No paddle hidden here though....

Ugh. This room could use a cleaning. Or maybe I should just haul some stuff out and use it....
