17 Sep Rules of the AuTrain River in Upper Michigan
Coleen and I are ready for a nice paddle on the Au Train river in Michigan. First we stop at the outfitters to get a ride to the take out with a vehicle and have to get the owner out of bed (it is almost 9 AM). He tells us to unload and he will fire up the truck. We head down to the put in and are standing on the river’s edge and see the sign. I have seen most of the rules before but never before have I seen “keep your clothes on”. Must be a problem in that are?
