Quesadillas

Recipe: Tortilla Shells (8 – 10 “) depending on size of skillet. Top with any or all of the following: chicken, corn, refried beans, black beans, salsa, sun dried tomatoes, onions, black olives, bacon crumbles, shredded cheese. On large shells just cover 1/2 the shell and fold over – on small shells top completely and put another on top. Place in skillet and cook until shells are browned and ingredients inside are hot. Turn and cook second side. Put on plate and enjoy.
