27 Sep Hard to Spot (Blue Heron)
This guy was hard to spot in nature and in our picture. He was perched on a log raised out of the water and blended in with pure stillness. He was content letting us pass by but as we were getting ready to take a picture a couple hikers were tromping through the woods and spooked him off his perch. We managed to catch him in the left hand corner of our picture as he flew to a new location on Eels Creek above High Falls. #RewardsAreOutThere
