Sensible people escaped the city for the Thanksgiving weekend. Not me. I headed south, into the Hamilton-Burlington corridor to visit my family. I was doubtful that I could wrap up any of the PITPC photos … until I saw this kayaker bravely paddling across the bay from the break-wall at the mouth of the Hamilton harbour. (side note: eewwww!) I actually had to lay in the sand (again, eeeww!) to get this picture with the flag and the kayaker – with his PFD visible. I looked crazy, I’m certain.
