Emma stopped on the trail to tie her shoe and have a drink when she looked up and saw the fawn watching us. It had appeared silently while we were chatting and minding our own business on the trail. This beauty surprised us into silence and then spent at least 10 minutes watching us as we took pictures of it. At Grundy Lake PP
