1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
20 raisins
1 egg, beaten

Mix all the dry ingredients well
beat the egg and add to the dry ingredients
mix well and let stand for 5 minutes
If after 5 minutes the mix is too dry, add a little water
pat into a patty 1 inch thick
cook each side in a frying pan directly on the fire for 2 minutes each
prop the pan on its side beside the fire so the bannock faces the flames for 5-10 more minutes
