13 Jul Camp Pizza
Mix in a medium pot: 1 cup warm water, 1 tsp active dry yeast, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt.
Add 2 tbsp olive oil.
Add 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour.
Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
Knead dough by hand for 5 min., add flour if sticky. Resulting ball is smooth.
Coat with oil, place in a large pot, cover and place in sun to rise for 1+ hrs.
Divide into 4 small balls. Each makes 1 10″ pizza.
Oil frying pan. Cook one side, flip adding more oil. Add sauce + toppings. Cook covered until cheese melts.
