Algonquin Outfitters PORTAGE QUEEN Paddle CLUE #3
Just before (or after) the dip in the path, this wooden sceptre sits waiting,
Not far past the two hemlocks, water side of the trail, it’s all yours for the taking.
Still hidden well, amongst the forest trees, it can barely be viewed from the pathway.
Yet, a moose, bear, beaver or bird, may simply observe it from the parched bog-like bay.
But whether this celebratory find is remembered as golden, silver or ruby,
Will depend on the reign of the Queen who first claims it, as part of her royal duty.

Mother, wife, friend, artist, paddler, and owner of Badger Paddles. As co-founder and title sponsor of the PITPC, I'm not eligible to win. But I still wanted to get "Out There" too, and help advocate to get lots of people to spend more time in nature. So I'm really only in it for the fun, and not for the prizes!
