1 c. all-purpose flour
Freshly ground black pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
8 oz. baby bella or cremini mushrooms, slinced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 c. marsala wine
3/4 c. low-sodium chicken broth
1/3 c. heavy cream
2 tbsp. Freshly Chopped Parsley

Combine ingredients (except for the chicken) in a zip-loc bag the day before your trip. Heat chicken for 5 minutes on both sides. Add sauce/mix. Heat for another 20minutes
