12 Sep Searching in Smoky Lake for the paddle…..I know it’s here somewhere!!!
I traveled to Smoky Lake as I knew based on the clues it was there somewhere. I guess either on one of the three portages or at a campsite. I searched and searched……then I just started to enjoy the day, paddle or no paddle. I stopped searching and started exploring……what a great day!! Glad to find out I was in the right place – sad to find out someone destroyed (?) the landmark……oh well, there’s always next year!!!!
