26 Oct Fresh fish caught by Aunt Jen, cooked by Uncle Aaron, devoured by Nicholas
Directions:
1) Catch fish (this was a pike)
2) Gut and fillet fish, take the time with tweezers to get out all the pin bones
3) Top fillet with leftover bacon grease from breakfast, salt, pepper, and lemon
4) Securely wrap in foil
5) Cook over medium-hot coals for about 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork
6) Eat and enjoy
